Muesli ingredients

Brainy muesli

2 cups of certified organic oats
2 cups of certified organic puffed rice
1 cup certified organic buckwheat kernals
1 cup certified organic shredded desiccated coconut
1 cup dried Goji berries
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup of organic freeze dried Acai berries
1/2 cup of organic flax seeds (also known as linseeds)*
1/2 cup of organic lecithin granules
1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of pepitas

Mix all ingredients and serve – about 1/2 a cup – with yoghurt and fresh fruit.

Store the remainder in an air-tight container.

* Grinding the flax seeds as you use them will improve their nutritional benefits. You may like to leave your flax seeds out of the muesli and then grind them as you need them.
